There are alot of poeple who own laptops, the only problem is that there is nowhere really to use it in town. The only place I know of is the Devon Juice Bar (which may I add is fantastic IMHO). There are also a suprisingly large number of businesses in the town that we do not know of, for example, a telemarketing company with over 50 staff. They often hold business meetings and the ability to use the internet at a business meeting luch would be a great benefit and draw to them. If a town such as Exmouth offers such a feature, with plenty of places to hold such luches etc, it would definatly act as a attraction and may also help the Town Center survive or Grow if a ASDA was built if there was a downturn due to it (trying to be neutral here)
