Does anyone else have problems with kids being a nusicence outside their house/garden?
We've just had to call the police because instead of asking for a ball back like a normal person they throw things in the garden and try and break down the back gate.
Does anyone have a solution because being polite doesn't seem to work and none of our neighbours seemed inclined to do anything either

Sadly, for the yobs to which you refer its already too late, the blame lies entirely with bad parenting.
Discipline in schools these days is non existant as the teachers have had all their powers removed by the nanny state.
Good manners/behavior must come from the home, and it just aint working.
Did the police actually show up ?

I have got to agree with you 100% on that grockle. We are now having to deal with the generation that has been spawned from the parents and grandparents of the swinging sixties and seventies when discipline started to go out of the window and the nanny state started.

It drives me nuts and really stresses me out.
We've had to call the police again (2nd time this week) because they were about to chuck a 6 foot for sale sign in right on top of the dog.
All you get back is swearing and 'it wasn't me'
Where is the 'community beat offcier' when yo need them??????

If its like here the stock answer is they have other duty's to attend to at the weekend, our local community beat manager as they are called now has to patrol the town centre all weekend not his own area. A weird way of working if you ask me.

A good point you bring up about community beat officers, I am actually starting to see a increase in the numbers on the streets. I do not know if this is new strategy or new officers but I will say hats off to them all!
