Advertising on the marketplace is free of charge. You just have to become a registered member and then click "add entry". All entries have the option for as few or as many details as wanted and even gives you a choice to add up to 3 pictures.

Can Anyone Use It?

Yes, anyone can use the Exmouth marketplace, all you need to do is register.
