Relax and unwind in this exceptional Guest House offering bed and breakfast facilities in a warm and cosy Victorian House just 70 metres from Exmouth beach and a quiet five minute walk to the Town Centre, Bus and Rail Stations..

We have 6 fully furnished rooms : two family rooms each with a double and two single beds, two Double rooms, one Twin bedded room and one Single bedded room.

All rooms, with the exception of the Single room have full en-suite facilities. The Single room is furnished with its own separate private bathroom suite. All rooms have 40 channel colour Televisions with Tea and Coffee making facilities.

Our breakfasts comprise buffet style starters with hot Toast and Preserves, a selection of fresh Fruit, Cereals and Fruit Juices with Coffee or Tea served as required. This is followed by the ‘Clinton Grill’, a full English Breakfast of grilled Sausages and Bacon, locally produced Fried Egg, Hash Brown, Baked Beans, Toast and Tomatoes. Vegetarian and fish options are available.

Just £25.00 per person per night.

Single night bookings only from November to March subject to availability will attract a surcharge of £3.00 per person.

Children aged 4 – 10 years sharing a room will be half the Adult rate
