Beccy Holland is a qualified Nutritional therapist and Wellbeing coach and is passionate about getting you feeling fit, healthy and full of vitality. She also appreciates that there is a lot of confusing and conflicting advice out there and wishes to guide people to make great choices for their health and wellbeing.
Over the 6 weeks you will discover some nutritional basics such as; what is a healthy diet, the importance of oils, the gift of water, the effects of stress on the body and how to support your body to do its best for you
- What is a healthy diet? A look at sugar and the glycemic index.
- Hydration and keeping my cells happy.
- Good fats, bad fats. What are they?
- The whys and why nots of wheat and dairy.
- How your body lets you know it needs help. Rash, inflammation etc.
- Maintaining health – The Pillars.
At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of attendance and the option to join an ongoing supportive, sensible and sustainable weight loss programme called the Nourish Me Club.
