Privacy

www.exmouthonline.com and site owners and operators is a public camera, in a public place, with the public in control, while all attempts to avoid privacy invasion are in place, occasionally website administrators will take full control of the camera to home in on a item of detail, such as a public event, people using the hot-spot location or other special purpose. We will occasionally use still photos taken from the camera and post them to the forums where the current gallery is located, if anybody has any objections to a certain photo being included in such a gallery, we will endeavour to remove such a photo from the forums.
